- The Bureau of Engraving and Printing (BEP) is soliciting sources for Motorized Lift Tables Model# BEP16AA, Specification: Capacity: 7,650 LBS each table, Height: 15-3/4", Height: 51-3/4" Elevated, Vertical Travel: 36", Base frame size: 24" W x 24"L, Low pressure system not exceeding 2,000 PSI, Large bore 3-1/2" Dia Cylinders, Full width straight-through axles, Lift Cylinder (s) vented to reservoir, Fully adjustable down speed, Lift-time lubricated pins, rollers and bushings, Full profile scissor legs, 3.2HP Internal motor, included shipping and handling charge, Quantity: 2 EA. Simplified and commercial acquisition procedures set forth in FAR parts 13 and 12 shall be used. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation. This notice constitutes the only solicitation; a written request for quotation will not be issued. This acquisition is unrestricted with regard to business size. The applicable North American Industry Classification system (NAICS) code is 333298, with a small business size standard of 500 employees. The request for quotation (RFQ) number is RFQ-08-0302. Delivery shall be made within 30 days after receipt of purchase order. Delivery terms are F.O.B. Destination to Bureau of Engraving & Printing, D Street Between 13TH & 14th Street S W, Washington D C 20228. The resulting purchase order shall be firm fixed price. The basis for award shall be based on suppliers meeting the requirements and or price. All interested firms are requested to submit a written quotation, which will be considered by the agency. Quotations may be submitted on a SF1449, SF18 or on company letterhead. Quotations shall include the RFQ number, the proposed unit price, the proposed extended price, any prompt payment discount terms, company name, and point of contact, address, phone number, fax number, tax identification number, and DUNS numbers, size status (that is, small business, disadvantaged business or woman owned business). If this item is available under GSA Schedule, please provide the schedule number. Quotations are due by 2:30 P.M. on September 05, 2008. Quotations may be mailed to the Bureau of Engraving and Printing (BEP), Office of Acquisition, Attn: Rosa Lee, 14th and C Street, S.W., Washington, D.C. 20228-001 or faxed to Rosa Lee at 202-874-2200.
