- Description
- The Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) is seeking an internet based congressional reporting system with the technical capabilities that is brand name or equal to the Congressional Quarterly System (CQ.com). (See FAR 52.211-6). This solicitation will be awarded as a full and open competitive requirement on an unrestricted basis. All interested parties should submit their offer in accordance with the attached solicitation. The solicitation and all related documents and amendments, if any, shall be released and available electronically through the Federal Business Opportunity (FBO) under FedBizOpps at www.fbo.gov. Choose the FedBizOpps for “Vendors” option followed by selection of the DOT/FHWA selection. NO WRITTEN, TELEPHONIC, FASCIMILE OR E-MAIL REQUEST will be honored. Interested parties can register at aforementioned site to receive procurement announcements by e-mail. Since the solicitation is only available electronically, it is the responsibility of interested parties to monitor the FedBizOpps website for any solicitation amendments. All responsible sources are encouraged to submit a quotation. The Government contemplates awarding a purchase order consisting of a one year base and two one-year options. The award resulting from this solicitation will be made to the offeror whose offer represents the best value to the Government. Quotations are due Friday, September 5, 2008 by 12:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time. This solicitation is being conducted as a Simplified Acquisition therefore; the maximum award value inclusive of options may not exceed $100,000.
