Description

THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS. This is a notice of intent of this agency to award a sole source contract under statutory authority 10 USC 2304(c)(1), set forth in Federal Acquisition Regulation 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements. USCENTCOM, 7115 S. Boundary Blvd, MacDill AFB, FL 33621-5101. The 6th Contracting Squadron intends to make an award to Neverfail, Inc. 3839 Bee Caves Rd, Austin, Texas 78746. Interest parties may e-mail Laverne.Astroth@amc.af.mil or fax 813-828-5111, Attn: LaVerne Astroth, not later than Wednesday 27th August, 2008, 9:00 a.m. EST. The purposed contract action is for maintenance and support on Neverfail software licenses. The period of performance shall be from 9/29/2008 to 9/28/2009. Support and maintenance covers download of latest versions of software and collateral, license management, technical support and product training. Technical issues with any product will be dealt with quickly and efficiently, allowing continued work and minimal disruption to service.
