- Marine Corps Base Camp Lejeune, NC hereby gives notice of intent to award a sole source requirement to Interaction Research Institute, Inc., Fairfax, VA 22032 under the authority of FAR 6.302-1(a)(2)(iii)(A), Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements. The requirement is to develop a customized computerized survey based upon the contractors expert assistance in training assessment & statistical analysis of the interpersonal skills and cross-cultural competency classes for Marine Special Operations Advisor Group (MSOAG), Camp Lejeune, NC. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to this requirement. THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. No solicitation document is available. Interested firms shall submit information that indicates their ability to satisfy this requirement. Responses are due by 12:00 PM (Noon), 25 August 2008, via facsimile or email.
