- This notice is being publicized in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 5.101 requiring Contracting Officers to disseminate information on proposed contract actions expected to exceed $25,000.00. In accordance with FAR 13.104 Promoting Competition, The Drug Enforcement Administration solicited bids from vendors for Cisco Catalyst Switch: WS-C3750G-48TS-S for quantity of 4 each. Tiger Direct provided the lowest quote in the amount of $35,942.20 and was accepted. As a result the DEA will provide a purchase order to Tiger Direct in the amount of $35,942.20. If there are any concerns with regard to DEA's intent please contact Ghazala Shabnam. Closing date is August 28, 2008 at 12:00 PM EST.
