- Description
- The Domestic Dependent Elementary and Secondary Schools (DDESS) intends to award Brand Name firm fixed price purchase orders to CISCO Authorized Channel Partners for CISCO Call Manager Equipment software, maintenance services, and equipment (VoIP), and replacement switches under authority of FAR 6.302. This acquisition is sought as brand name open market under the North American Industrial Classification Standard Code (NAICS) 423430. Up to five awards (one award per lot) may result from this solicitation. Each of the five lots is solicited as all inclusive for new products in their original boxes. The Government will not accept used or refurbished equipment. Add all discount opportunities to prices when placing quote. Any questions on this solicitation shall be submitted in writing to Penny LoFaro, Contract Specialist, by email only at penny.lofaro@am.dodea.edu no later than August 27, 2008. No inquiries will be answered by telephone. All submissions must be received by the response date and time of this notice. This procurement is being conducted under Simplified Acquisition Procedures in accordance with FAR Part 13. SEE UPLOADED DOCUMENTS FOR DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES. Response Date: 3:00 P.M. EST. 2 September 2008.
