Description
This is a synopsis for Adjustable Racking Systems, commercial items. This procurement is not a small business set-aside; any responsible source may submit an offer. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; a proposal is being requested. A written solicitation, M62613-08-T-0046 will also be available on our website http://www.iwakuni.usmc.mil/organizations/station/contracting/contracting.ht (click Organization, Station, and then Contracting under Logistics.) 1. THE AGENCYfS NEEDS:See attached M62613-08-T-0046. 2. SHIPPING: The adjustable racking systems will be delivered to Defense Distribution Depot San Joaquin, Tracy Depot, Bldg. 30, CCP, 2560 Chrisman Road, Tracy CA 95376. 3. DESIRED DELIVERY DATE: to Tracy CA, within 60 days After the Date of Order. 4. PriceTechnical Competence, Delivery, and Past Performance are approximately equal to price.Past Performance: Considering size of the contract, the type of work performed and entity for whom the work was performed, offerors will be required to provide three references, commercial, military, or government, for whom you worked under contract within the past 3 years for similar types of work: names, addresses, phone numbers, and current points of contact. More recent and more relevant work will be given greater weight than less recent and less relevant work. Vendors who provide no past performance information will be rated gneutralh on this factor. While this requirement will be solicited under FAR Part 12 and Part 13 procedures, a trade off process will be used to determine the overall gbest valueh to the Government. See FAR 15.501-1. 6.
