- The 30th Contracting Squadron, Vandenberg AFB, CA intends to award a sole source procurement to SUPERTRAK, INC. to furnish the following the following: CLIN 0001 (1) EA Supertrak Mulcher for 30 SW Fire Department. The applicable NAICS for this acquisition is 333111 with a business size standard of 500 employees. The proposed contract is for items for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the Authority of FAR 13.106(b). This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, the Government will consider all proposals received within 10 business days (NLT 5 September 2008 12:00PM PST) after date of publication of this notice. All questions must be submitted NO LATER THAN 2 days prior to the proposal end date. A determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. CENTRAL CONTRACTOR REGISTRATION (CCR): Rule requires a firm to be registered in the DoD Central Contractor Registration Database (CCR) and ORCA (www.bpn.gov) prior to award of any contract and agreements. Firms must register on a one-time basis, and annually confirm accuracy and completeness of registration information. To register in CCR go to:http://www.ccr.gov.
