- Bread and Bakery products to support customers in Ships as well as Shore-based activities in Tidewater, Norfolk and York River, Virginia Areas. The contract will be for a period of one (1) year commencing on November 30, 2008 through November 28, 2009. This will be an unrestricted acquisition. All prices will be firm fixed with the contract being an Indefinite Qty Contract. All materials are to be furnished by the offeror(s). All materials used in fabrication are to be furnished by the successful offerors. All responsible sources may submit proposals, which will be considered by the agency. Availability of Solicitations: FAR 5.102(d) applies as DSCP no longer issues solicitations or amendments in "paper" form.
