- Description
- The Department of the Interior, National Park Service, Harpers Ferry Center, located in Harpers Ferry, West Virginia, provides audiovisual production services to support approximately 390 units of the National Park Service, other Bureaus of the Department and other Agencies of the government. This includes a wide assortment of natural, historical and cultural areas throughout the United States and its territories. Proposals are being solicited for audiovisual products and services to support the National Park Service and other Department of the Interior audiovisual requirements. Requirements may include, but will not necessarily be limited to, the development of a variety of audiovisual products such as videotape, film, CD-ROM, audioscapes, training videos, PSAs, video news releases, TV and radio sports, captioning services, and conversion of slide to tape and duplication services. Projects will vary in size and scope and will include complete audiovisual productions, post-production services, and miscellaneous audiovisual services such as research, scriptwriting, and cinematography. These contracts will be negotiated to provide specific work elements in support of projects that encompass all audiovisual production services requirements. The government anticipates up to 10 awards of Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity Fixed-Price contracts. These contracts will be negotiated for a one-year period with priced options for four additional years of continued performance. Each contract will contain a guaranteed minimum of $2,500 for each year. The maximum workload for each contract will be up to $1,500,000 per year. Work will be directed by the issuance of competitive task orders under the provisions of each contract. The solicitation will be available via Electronic Commerce on or about September 10, 2008. Contract awards are anticipated on or before January 30, 2009. No paper copies of the solicitation will be issued. Offerors are hereby notified that if your proposal is not received by the date, time and at the location specified in the solicitation that it will be considered late.
