- This is a combined synopsis/solution for commercial items prepared in accordance with FAR 12, all clauses required by law; the Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) as appropriate for the dollar value of award shall remain applicable. Acquisition of Commercial items as supplemented with additional information. Issued by The U.S. Army and Aviation and Missile Command, on behalf of the Product Manager for Acquisition/Repair Planning (USTA) This requirement is for the purchase and approval to award sole source requirement to Landauer, Inc., 2 Science Road, Glenwood, IL 60425, for the purchase of Optically Stimulated Luminescence Dosimetry annealer. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation/proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The government contemplates award of a Firm Fixed Price purchase order resulting from this award. Further requirements information can be provided by electronic mail request. Request delivery within 2 weeks after contract award. This requirement quantity of 1 Model 50A. Payment will be made via Wide Area Workflow (WAWF) in accordance with DFARS 252.232-7003.
