- Description
- The government intends to negotiate a Firm Fixed Brand name or equal purchase order for product in accordance with FAR part 13, for the Commander Navy Region Mid-West. This requirement is for One (1) 30KVA/24 KW Single Module Mitsuibishi UPS, Model M23A-03014-44B00 with 208V input 3 phase output, 360vdc battery link with the following salient characteristic: Direct digital control IGBT inverter capable of 200 waveform corrections per cycle; Direct digital control high speed IGBT rectifier/charger; LCD Monitor/Touch Screen with metering, operating control, and mimic flow; Automatic restart after full battery discharge; 100% generator compatible; Diamond Sense Battery self test; Front Access serviceability; Ripple free DC bus; Internal Maintenance Bypass Switch; Lowest reflected THD (harmonic distortion) of only 3% at 100% load with no optional input filter required; All copper conductors (internal bussing); 2 year on-site warranty (service and repair); Matching battery cabinet, Model BC39-30v200-30 rated for 26 minutes run time. Front access serviceability; Matching Fuse cabinet; Thirty VRLA batteries; Includes Freight. The contractor will install the UPS in the EOC in building 750. The following are requirements for installation of UPS: Install new 42 space panel for rerouting of existing circuits and installation of new circuits to be run through the UPS; Install new 100 amp 3 Phase breaker in existing power panel to feed to UPS panel; Only protected circuits will be installed in new UPS panel. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code is 443112. A complete RFQ package will be available on or about 26 August, 2008. All responsible sources must submit pricing and past performance data by 3:00 p.m. on the date the offer is due. Potential offerors are hereby notified that the solicitation and subsequent amendments to the solicitation will only be available by downloading the documents at http://www.neco.navy.mil or at http://www.fedizopps.gov. This office no longer issues hardcopy solicitations. The Contracting Officer reserves the right to conduct verbal or written discussions with respect to other than price with the offerors at anytime prior to award. By submitting a proposal, the offeror will be self-certifying that neither the requestor nor the principal corporate officials and owners are currently suspended, debarred or otherwise ineligible to receive contracts from any Federal Agency. Failure to do so may represent grounds for refusing to accept the proposal. By submission of a proposal, the offeror acknowledges the requirement that a prospective awardee must be registered in the CCR database prior to award, during performance and through final payment of any contract resulting from this solicitation, except for awards to foreign vendors for work to be performed outside of the United States. Lack of registration in the CCR database will make an offeror ineligible for award.
