- This synopsis is being posted to both the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) page located at http://www.fbo.gov and the Navy Electronic Commerce on Line (NECO) site located at https://www.neco.navy.mil. While it is understood that FBO is the single point of entry for posting of synopsis and solicitations to the internet, NECO is the alternative in case FBO is unavailable. Please feel free to use either site to access information posted by the Naval Sea Systems Command. The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Dahlgren Division (NSWCDD) intends to procure on a sole-source basis from Alt software Inc., 84 Richmond Street E., Toronto, Ontario, M5C 1P1, Canada, one (1) G2 Graphics PMC Module Video Cards and one (1) Open GL Graphics Driver for G2 on VR11/Red Hat Linux 4.X. The North American Industry Classification System code is 541511, $25 Million size standard. The order shall be firm fixed priced. FOB Destination, Dahlgren, VA shall apply. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The synopsis number is N00178-08-Q-1276 and is a Request for Quote. When responding, please reference synopsis number N00178-08-Q-1276. Interested parties should submit quotes no later than 02 September 2008 to the Naval Surface Warfare Center, Dahlgren Division, 17632 Dahlgren Road, Suite 157, Dahlgren, VA 22448-5110.
