- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in far subpart 12.6-streamlined procedures for evaluation and solicitation for commercial items-as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested, and a written solicitation document will not be issued. This is a solicitation of Purchase Request FM500082170308 and is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-26.The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 332311 with a small business size standard of 500 employees. All responsible Contractors shall provide a quote for the following: Line Item 0001: Acoustic Systems Custom Double Wall Exam/ Single Wall Control Suite with wall fabric and floor carpeting. Exam Interior Dimensions 6'4" x 5' x 6'6", Control Interior Dimensions 5' x 6'4" x 6'11", Exterior Dimensions 7' x 13'8" x 8'7”.(Dimensions must be exact. This item is to be used for hearing tests, must meet all ANSI standards) Qty: 1 Line Item 0002: Shipping and installation of Sound Room. Delivery: Date of delivery shall be by NLT 60 days ARO. Place of delivery for acceptance and FOB point will 3 MDSS/SGSL, 5955 Zeamer Ave., ELMENDORF AFB AK 99506, POC: TSgt Keitht Stolberg, (907) 580-6389. Additionally, offers of equal quality must include a copy of the technical description and/or product literature. Award will be made to the offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation is determined to be most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered.
