- The U.S. Army Aviation and Missile Command plans to procure 9 each Radar Frequency Interferometers (RFIs) with an option for 9 more. The government plans to procure the RFIs as sole source from Lockheed Martin Systems Integration Company (LMSI), Owego,NY in accordance with 10 U.S.C. 2304 (c) (1), FAR 6.302-1 entitled 'Only one responsible Source and no other Supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. LMSI is the only qualified source for the RFIs for the Apache Helicopter. A technical data package for full and open competition is not available within the government for this procurement. IAW law and regulation, any contractor who expresses written interest in this sole source requirement will receive full consideration.
