Description: QUESTIONS AND ANSWERS 1.) Is there a particular format that you need the proposal submitted or can we use our company's standard proposal format? Answer: There is no particular format to submit your offer. Your offer needs to address all the information addressed on the solicitation to properly evaluate your offer. 2.) Can proposals be submitted electronically via email or are hard copies required? Answer: Proposals can be submitted electronically, hard copies are not required. 3.) Under CLIN 0002, the solicitation states that the General Examination Camera should be in PAL video format, however, further in the description the solicitation states that NTSC output is required. Please confirm the requirement of PAL video format. Answer: PAL video format is required for boths instances, including the output required. 4.) Subfactor 3 states that all medical equipment should connect directly to the videoconferencing equipment. Descriptions for CLIN 0005 Digital Electronic Stethoscopes as well as the CLIN 0006 12 Lead ECG note that a PC is required and the PC is used for connecting to the videoconferencing system. Is this acceptable? Answer: The equipment will be connecting to both VTC and PC(laptop) equipment.
