- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6. as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is W912lD-08-T-0109 and is issued as a Request for Quotation(RFQ). This combined synopsis/solicitation document incorporates provisions and clauses that are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2007-27. This acquisition is Unrestricted. NAICS is 336413 and business size standard is 1000 employees. The Rhode Island Army National Guard, USPFO RI Purchasing and Contracting office intends to enter into a sole source contract with Coastal Aircraft Parts for the Purchase of UH 60 Pilot/Copilot Custom Cushions Sets and Observer/crew Cushion Set for use on the UH 60. CLIN 0001 Part Number 34H60BOW, QTY 16 EA CLIN 0002 Part Number 30H600OF QTY 8 ea NOTE: Order must be delivered ARO 30 day. Ship To Address: USPFO Warehouse RI, ATTN: Mr. Gary Blanchette, 330 Camp Street, Providence, RI 02906. FOB: destination. This is a sole source purchase IAW FAR Part 6.302-1 the pilot seat cushions P/N 34H60BOW and Observer Seat Cushions P/N 30H60OF are the only replacement seats approved and authorized for use in the UH-60A/L helicopters by the U.S. Army per Airworthiness Release (AWR 1309). The following FAR Clauses and Provisions apply to this Acquisition: 52-212-1, instructions to Offerors Commercial; 52-212-2, evaluation - Commercial Items, the specific evaluation criteria see paragraph (a) of that provision shall be price. Offerors are to include a completed copy of the provision at 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications - Commercial Items, with its offer, 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions - Commercial Items; 52.212-5, Contract terms and ConditionsReuqired to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders - Commercial Items, which includes under 52.212-5, (b)(16); 52.222-3, (b)(1); 52.222-19, (b)(18); 52.222-21, (b)(24)(i); 52.222-50, (b)(28); 52.225-01, (b)(31); 52.222-36; 52-225-13, and (b) (36); 52-232-33; 52.233-4; 52.219-8. As applicable are clauses52.232-33, Payment by Electronic Funds Transfer Protest After Award; 52.204-7, Central Contractor Registration; 52.225-13, Restrictions on Certain Foreign Purchases; DFARS 252.225-7001; Electronic Submission of Payment Request. Clauses and Provisions may be found on www.acqnet.gov/far. CCR registration is required in the CCR database in order to receive a Government contract. Offerors Representations and Certifications: Offerors shall include a completed copy of FAR provision 52.212-3.
