- This is a notice of intent that WR-ALC anticipates issuing a Three-Year IDIQ Firm Fixed Price contract for the following NSNs: 6625-21-914-1650RH, P/N: ADI-20203-001, NOUN: Navigation Test Set, Source: Air Data Inc and Canadian Commercial Corp. Best Estimated Quantity (BEQ) for first ordering period varies between 1 and 40 and the second and third ordering period varies between 1 and 30. The end item for this equipment is used to support the Microwave Landing System installed on C-130 aircraft. This is a portable flight line test instrument that provides go/on verification of installed MLS receivers. The proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only Air Data Inc (Cage Code: 3AH88) and CCC (Cage Code: 98247) under authority of FAR 6.302. Interested person(s) may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. All proposals received within the 7 days after issuance of solicitation, or 7 days after the publication date of this synopsis will be considered. OMBUDSMAN: All potential offeror(s) should contact the buyer/PCO identified above for additional information and/or to communicate concerns, if any, concerning this acquisition. If the contracting officer does not satisfy your concerns, an Ombudsman has been appointed to hear serious concerns that are not resolved through established channels. The purpose of the Ombudsman is not to diminish the authority of the program director or contracting officer, but to communicate serous contractor concerns, issues, disagreements, and recommendations to the appropriate government personnel. When requested, the Ombudsman will maintain strict confidentiality as to the source of the concern.
