THE SOLICITATION WILL BE ISSUED ON FEDBIZOPPS AND CAN BE FOUND AT THE FOLLOWING WEB SITE: HTTP://WWW.FBO.GOV/. SOLICITATION#: F3QCCL8227A001 - the government intends to issue a Sole Source one time non-personal service solicitation to Engineering and Software System Solutions, Inc. (ES3) for the purpose of training two individuals to become High Velocity Oxygenated Fuel Program (HVOF) Special Skills Qualifying Officials and the development of the qualification package. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 541330. Federal Acquisition Regulation 252.204-7004 (Alt A) requires Central Contractor Registration. All respondent offerors must be registered in www.ccr.gov in order to be eligible for contract award.
