Description

Defense Logistics Information Research (DLIR) Defense Contracting Services Office Philadelphia (DCSO-P), conducts Research and Development (R&D) directed to the support of the Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) and the Defense Logistics Information Service (DLIS). We are seeking sources to participate in the formulation of a Research and Development Technologies Solutions Counsel. This counsel will identify potential or existing technologies that could have benefits to current DLIS systems and business processes. Partners may attend biannual informational exchanges, which will focus on advancing the state-of-the-art technologies and increasing knowledge and understanding rather than focusing on specific systems or hardware solutions. This notice constitutes a combined Synopsis/Broad Agency Announcement (BAA) as contemplated in FAR 6.102(d)(2) See the attached BAA document for complete information being requested.
