- USPFO for New Mexico proposes to issue a sole source award to Dallas Avionics, Inc, 2525 Santa Anna Ave, Dallas, TX 85228. The purpose of the award is for the vendor to provide seven (7) TIL Radio, TDFM6148 with Audio mode Selector, Comant Antenna VHF/FM Bnt Whip 3 Hole mount, Comant UHF Blade, Blackhawk Install kit, and training for use of the TDFM Radio. A firm-fixed price award will be made utilizing the Simplified Acquisition Procedures. Any other responsible source able to provide the supplies is encouraged to respond to this announcement within 7 days after its publication. This is not a request for quotations and there is no solicitation available at this time.
