Description

The proposed contract is for paving, streets, and parking lots in compliance with the specifications and any drawings. This includes, but not limited to, providing labor, materials, and equipment for paving, streets, and parking lot repair, and in some cases providing new paving, streets, and parking lots. This will be a firm fixed price indefinite-delivery, indefinite-quantity construction contract with a basic and the possibility of four option years. Award will be evaluated by performance-price trade-off. Total contract, including all option years, will not exceed $25,000,000.00 with a guaranteed minimum of $5,000. Issue date on or about 28 Sep 2008 but specific issue and closing dates will be determined by the solicitation posted on FedBizOpps; it will be the contractor's responsibility to obtain any amendments from FedBizOpps. NAICS code is 237310 with a $33.5 million size standard. This acquisition is unrestricted.
