- THIS NOTICE CONSTITUTES AMENDMENT NO. 3 TO THE COMBINED SYNOPSIS/RFQ FOR VOICECOMMUNICATION SYSTEM UPGRADE. Companies shall acknowledge all amendment(s) in theirquote. This notice serves as the official amendment to subject synopsis/RFQ and a writtenamendment will not be issued.The purpose of this amendment is to extend the due date for receipt of proposals toAugust 29, 2008. NASA ARC intends to post additional information, including a questionsand answers set, to this site on or about August 29, 2008.The due date for receipt of offers is extended to 09/05/2009.Documents related to this procurement are available over the Internet.These documentsreside on a World Wide Web (WWW) server which may be accessed using a WWW browserapplication.
