- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This is a sole source requirement in accordance with FAR 6.302-1. Mission & Installation Contracting Command - Fort Sam Houston intends to award to DefenseWeb Technologies INC., 4150 Mission Blvd, Suite 220, San Diego, CA 92109-5054. All responsible may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered. The Request for Quotation (RFQ) number is W45MW28235NX01. This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses that are those in effect through the appropriate Federal Acquisition Circular (FAR 12.603(c)(2)(iii)). This solicitation incorporates the following clauses and provisions: Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 52.204-7, 52.212-1, 52.212-3 Alt I, 52.212-4, 52.212-5 (52.222-3, 52.222-19, 52.222-21, 52.222-26, 52.222-35, 52.222-36, 52.222-37, 52.222-41, 52.222-50, 52.225-13, 52.232-33), 52.252-1, 52.252-2, 52.209-6, 52.247-34; Department of Defense FAR Supplement (DFARS) 252.204-7004 - Alternate A, 252.212-7001 (252.247-7023), 252.232-7003, and 252.232-7010). Full text of all provisions and clauses can be obtained online at http://www.arnet.gov/far. The NAICS Code is 541512 and a Business Size Standard of $25 million. This RFQ contains the following line items: CLIN 0001 Info CLIN FASOR System Certification and Accreditation Process. Contractor shall perform services in accordance with Performance Work Statement (PWS). CLIN 0001AA QTY (4), Authority to Operate (ATO) - Will review, comment, and approve interim work products and deliverables. Deliverables for this project include the (System Security Authorization Agreement (SSAA) and applicable appendices, as well as labor hours to support the on-site third party audit visit. Support for the independent third-party audit assumes one (1) site visit for a maximum of five (5) days. Contractor shall perform services in accordance with Performance Work Statement (PWS). Period of performance is 6 months after award of contract. Delivery is FOB Destination. Interested parties must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) to receive a government contract award. You may register with the CCR at http://www.ccr.gov/.
