- Furnish all necessary personnel, equipment and materials to remove and properly dispose of ashes from the two Wickes coal-fired boilers at the United States Capitol Power Plant, Washington, D.C., during Fiscal Year 2009 (October 1, 2008 through September 30, 2009), with four one-year options. This solicitation will be available in hard copy or electronically on or by August 29, 2008. Requests for hard copy must be made to rkirkwoo@aoc.gov or (202) 266-1947. The solicitation is available electronically at http://www.aoc.gov/business/procure-opps.cfm on the date of issuance. Interested parties are encouraged to download the electronic version, as this will eliminate lost time incurred when a hard copy of the solicitation is mailed.
