This is a Broad Agency Announcement for the Transportation Worker Identification Credential (TWIC) Reader Pilot Initial Capability Evaluation (ICE) - Round 2. This is a Broad Agency Announcement. This is NOT a Request for Proposal, Request for Quotation, or Invitation For Bid Notice, but is provided as informatin to the marketplace and is an invitation for firms to express their interesst, provide information, and demonstrate their capability to provide Smart Card biometric readers.
