- The United States Postal Services is seeking information for improving guest services entertainment amenities for their training and development housing facility in Potomac, Maryland. Interested service providers are to address requirements listed below and submit written response to: United States Postal Service Attn Purchasing Manager, 390 Main St Rm 602, San Francisco, CA 94105-5016 by close of business September 15, 2008, 3:00 PM (PST) Type of services and entertainment amenities sought: System support will be needed 24/7 Service compatibility with existing equipment in use System needs to be capable of interfacing with existing reservations system System must also be capable of interfacing with current billing system used by USPS third party provider. Service provider is expected to install and maintain the system 24/7 and provide all wiring/cable needed Services offered are expected to generate revenue from use and offset any and all costs associated with leasing /maintenance/support fees if applicable. Minimal Service Features: Movies on demand- allows guest to rent movies Express check out- allows guest to check-out from their room Folio review*- allows guest to review current room charges Airline Boarding pass print*- allows guest to print boarding pass to centrally located printer Driving directions*- allows guest to pull driving directions Customized greeting*- puts guests name on the TV screen when TV turned on initially Updated meeting agendas*- allows guest to view list of meetings and events being held on-site Upcoming hotel events*- allows the guest to see upcoming events, special features, etc being offered at the facility * This feature is optional but preferred
