- Description
- The Naval Research Laboratory has a new requirement for Labor, Engineering and Technical Support for Research and Development in the areas of computer simulation and modeling of radio frequency in various environments and terrains. Required areas of support include: (1) Radio Frequency (RF) model development and analysis, and (2) computer modeling and simulation. The anticipated period of performance will be a basic award of twelve months and four 12-month options, if exercised. The anticipated level of effort is 9,600 hours for the basic contract and 11,520 hours each for options I an IV, if exercised and 15,360 hours each for options II and III, if exercised. It is anticipated that only one award will result from this solicitation. NRL uses Electronic Commerce (EC) to issue Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and amendments to RFPs. Paper copies of the RFP will not be provided. This is not a solicitation. The actual closing date for proposals will be stated in the solicitation when issued. All responsible sources may submit a bid, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered by the agency.
