- OBJECTIVE: To provide support for Shipping and Receiving and Moves, Adds, and Changes pick up and delivery of packages/material, which fall under the domain and responsibility of SEA102 Facilities Management Division. Functional areas requiring support under this contract include: furnish transportation to surplus material, provide labor support and related moving services for the relocation of furniture/equipment, and supplies and equipment. pick up and delivery of packages/material, SERVICE LOCATION AREAS 1. Crystal City, VA2. Franconia, VA3. Ft. Belvoir, VA4. Indian Head, MD5. Annapolis, MD6. White Oak, MD7. Washington Navy Yard, DC8. Washington, DC Services may be required within a 100-mile radius of the Washington Navy Yard and are considered a part of the resultant contract. At least 60% of the contractors daily crew must be familiar with the Washington Navy Yard area, and a high level of continuity of personnel must be maintained.
