Description

The U.S. General Services Administration is interested in leasing approximately 2,040 ANSI/BOMA Office Area square feet with 3 reserved parking spaces in Dover, Delaware. The space will be used by a law enforcement agency. Space must be contiguous and located on the second (2nd) floor or above. The offered space shall have a setback distance of 20 feet. All services, supplies, utilities, and tenant alterations to be provided as part of the rental consideration. This is not a solicitation for offers, nor a request for proposals. The Government will not pay for any costs incurred as a result of this advertisement. Delineated Area: Offered properties must be located within the following delineated area: N: Cecil Street W: Cherry Street S: Dover Street E: St. Jones River Lease Term: 15 years with cancellation rights after the tenth (10th) full year of occupancy. Owners and Authorized agents: Submissions by other than the owner of a property or site must be accompanied by a letter from the owner granting permission to make a general offering of the space/site. Occupancy: Space must be ready for occupancy by May 6, 2010 Expression of Interest shall be submitted by September 15, 2008 and include the following information: 1)Building name and address 2)Rentable square feet available and rental rate per square foot 3)Common Area Factor
