- UNITED STATES GOVERNMENT SEEKS LEASED OFFICE SPACE IN BRADENTON, FLORIDA ****Revised Parking Clarification**** The United States Government seeks to lease class ‘A’ contiguous office space. The space offered must consist of approximately 10,240 rentable square feet in Bradenton, FL. The space should yield 8,904 ANSI/BOMA usable square feet. Ten (10) surface and seven (7) structured, secure parking spaces are required. Surface parking with a security fence and gate is acceptable. The proposed space must be located within the City Limits of Bradenton. The proposed lease is for fifteen (15) years, ten (10) years firm and should be fully serviced. Government will have the right to cancel after the 10th year of the lease. Space must be ready for occupancy no later than March 23, 2010. The offered space must meet Government requirements for Fire and Safety and Handicapped Accessibility. Consideration shall be based on the area profile, location, and proposed security precautions if the location would be utilized. All expressions of interest submitted by brokers/agents must be accompanied by written evidence of authorization to represent the building’s ownership.
