- The US Southern Command (SOUTHCOM) has a requirement to host the 2nd Hemispheric Security & Intelligence Symposium, in Orlando, Florida on 09 December 2008 through 13 December 2008. The requirement includes Conference Facilities, Equipment, Meals, and Lodging for approximately 332 participants. Interested offerors must meet all Requirements included in the Solicitation. The complete Solicitation with Performance Work Statement will be released on or about 12 September 2008. Offerors should refer to the solicitation for details regarding the requirements. The solicitation will be posted to the Federal Business Opportunities site at https://www.fbo.gov/. All responsible offers received prior to the closing date and time will be considered. Interested sources are responsible for downloading the solicitation and any future amendments from the website.
