- Description
- The Information Technology/Information Management Application Integration and Business Intelligence Division (NAWCAD 7.2.2) at Patuxent River, MD has a sole source requirement for Help Desk Expert Automation Tool (HEAT) Software Maintenance. Base Period of Performance to commence 01 December 2008 and end 30 September 2009 with four, one year options. The Government intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with FrontRange Solutions USA Inc., 1150 Kelly Johnson Blvd., Colorado Springs, CO 80920, under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, ‘Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements.’ This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, interested parties may submit a capability statement to the Government for the purpose of determining whether to initiate a competitive procurement. The Government will consider all capability statements received in response to this notice. The Government reserves the right to process this procurement as a sole source based on the responses received. Lack of registration in the Central Contractor Registration database and pursuance to DFAR 252.204-7004 Alt A, will make an offeror ineligible for award.
