- It has been determined that the design, performance and characteristics of the Vulcan engine will be classified at a SECRET level from the start of the program. The Vulcan Security Classification Guide (SCG) is now available and can be requested from BAA08-53@darpa.mil per the instructions in the BAA. Additionally, the submission due date for the initial round of proposals has been extended to 26 September 2008.
