Description
This project is for the reconstruction of two boat ramps on the Eleven Point Ranger District of the Mark Twain National Forest. This solicitation will consist of two items. The first item is the Bay Nothing Boat Ramp on the Current River and shall include the following items of work: Installation and removal of Silt Fence and a Turbidity Curtain; general clearing, grubbing, and grading of site; placing Geotextile material to compacted grade; placing DOT 4AA aggregate as base to grade and compacted; manufacturing and installing pre-cast concrete planks; and iInstalling plain riprap. There will also be an optional sub-item for demolition and removal of existing boat launch and base material, and hauling material to a designated gravel pit. Item 2 is the Turner South Boat Ramp on the Eleven Point River and shall include the following items of work: Installation and removal of Silt Fence and a Turbidity Curtain; general clearing, grubbing and grading of site; placing Geotextile material to compacted grade; placing DOT 4AA aggregate as base to grade; pouring a concrete slab; and installing plain riprap. There will also be an optional sub-item for demolition and removal of existing boat launch and base material, and hauling material to a designated gravel pit. These projects are located in Oregon and Ripley Counties, Missouri. In order to be eligible for an award, potential contractors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registry and comply with all requirements of FAR Clause 52.204-7.
