The Adjudicative Support Team will scope, review for possible disqualifying issues, summarize and render a security clearance eligibility recommendation based upon the weighted performance metrics currently used by CCF. National Agency Checks and Incident reports shall be reviewed in 30 minutes which includes: recommendations to grant, grant with a warning, granting conditional. For those cases for which a Letter of Intent /Statement of Reasons document is required, they shall be prepared within 40 minutes and forwarded to a government adjudications supervisor for review and signature. Responses to requests for information shall be completed in 30 minutes and rebuttals, to include preparing the Letter of Denial / LOR, will be completed in 60 minutes and forwarded to a government adjudications supervisor for review. Performance will be measured by daily quantity based on CCF weighted performance standards and coupled with quality of recommendation, i.e., is the adjudicative recommendation supported by the adjudicative guidelines outlined in DoD 5200.2R. Although the exact number of cases to be processed in FY2009 cannot accurately be estimated, the Government expects action taken on 12-14 cases per day per person. This expectation is dependant upon the number of SORs and other types of correspondence required, or the equivalent of 42 weighted units per day. Within these timelines CATS and JPAS shall be updated upon approval of action by the government adjudications supervisor. All service will be provided on-site at Central Clearance Facility, Ft. George G. Meade, Maryland. TS/SCI clearnace is required or the ability to obtain a TS/SCI clearance. Please address responses to jo.m.robinson@us.army.mil by 11:00am on the date mentioned above.
