- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. On 29 August 2008, this office will issue a Request for Quotations (RFQ) for the Replacement of Windows in the Administration Building, Garrison Project Office, Riverdale, North Dakota. The Quotations are due back by 4:00 P.M. on 8 September 2008. This solicitation is restricted to Small Business Participation only. The project consists in the replacement of 78 windows in the Corps of Engineers Administration Building located in Riverdale, North Dakkota. The work includes the removal and disposal of the existing windows, installing new custom made vinyl frame windows, sealing and caulking, trimming out the windows, cleaning the newly installed windows, and installation of screens. All work to be completed by 30 May 2009. The estimated construction cost of this project is between $50,000 and $100,000. A Bid Guarantee will not be required. Offerors: Please be advised of on-line reqistration requirements in Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database http://www.ccr.gov/ and directed solicitation provisions concerning electronic annual on-line reprenentations and certifications (ORCA) at http://orca.bpn.gov. Representations and Certifications are required to be updated annually as a minimum to keep information current, accurate and complete. The electronic Annual representations and certifications are effective until one year from date of submission or update to ORCA.
