- This U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission is requesting proposals for an integrated Customer Relationship Management (CRM) solution that is a properly configured and customized single product or product family of currently versioned and supported commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) tools. The CRM will replace the current correspondence tracking system. The new solution will provide a multichannel contact center that supports telephony, email, and web-based inputs, and will include maintenance and technical support. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 and supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The solicitation number for this requirement is SECHQ1-08-P-8342 and is issued as a Request for Proposals (RFP). This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 541519 with a small business size standard of $25 million. The place of delivery and performance for this requirement is the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, Headquarters, Washington, DC 20549. See attachments to this notice for complete specifications, applicable clauses, and instructions for preparing proposals. Attachments: Statement of Work, Contract Clauses, and Instructions to Offerors. Requests for a complete solicitation document and all questions regarding this announcement must be submitted electronically to Robert Sudhoff at sudhoffr@sec.gov by no later than 2:00 PM local Eastern Time on September 5, 2008.
