Vessel(s) required: One U.S. or foreign flag, double hull, clean, approved, epoxy coated tanker with a minimum carrying capacity of 310,000 BBLS for two clean petroleum products (intentions JP5, JA1, and DFM) in designated cargo tanks with double valve isolation. In accordance with the Cargo Preference Act of 1904, preference will be given to U.S. flag vessels. Additionally, any reflagging or repair work to: (1) enable the vessel to meet applicable standards to become a vessel of the United States; or (2) to convert the vessel to a more militarily useful configuration; must be performed in the United States or its outlying areas. Vessel shall meet the following minimum particulars: 2. PLACE/RANGE OF DELIVERY: OSP Bahrain 3. PLACE/RANGE OF REDELIVERY: Arabian Gulf/Gulf of Oman 4. Charter Period: About 20 days with Charterer’s option to cancel anytime after 10 days with 5 days notice. 5. Laydays: Commencing: 12 September 2008 Canceling: 14 September 2008 6.
