- The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Northwest Mountain Region is soliciting competitive proposals for Runway Safety Tug and Tow Interactive Aviation Safety DVD. SCOPE: The scope includes but is not limited to pre-production and production (project planning, script development, dialog development, and filming) of an air carrier and aircraft service company aviation safety training and awareness production to be developed in DVD mpeg compressed format for video with interactive questions and flash animated examples. Project will include the associated pre-production and production management, human engineering, and logistic support planning for continuing the project into post production.All finished products must comply with The Rehabilitation Act, Section 508. Responses to the solicitation are required by 12:00 p.m. (noon), Pacific Daylight Time (PDT), September 16, 2008.
