Description

Design/Build asphalt mill and overlay to provide all labor, equipment, material, and incidentals necessary to mill, patch and overlay the parking lot located Southwest of Bldg 668, Forbes Field, Topeka, KS. All work constructed under this contract shall be in accordance with the Special Provision for Asphalt Overlay and the City of Topeka Standard Technical Specifications 2008 Edition. (See Statement of Work) Bldg 662, Hanger: The NE corner of Bldg 662 incurred wind damage to siding along with damaged canopy which has bee removed. The ground in the same area is in need of improved drainage to prevent flooding. This project will include replacing the damaged siding, construction of new canopy, and replacing/adding concrete paving to improve the drainage. (See Statement of Work) Pre-Bid Conference: Per Contractor's Request, call Paul Harper at (785) 8614013. Proposals are due NLT 2:00pm, Wednesday, 10 Sep 08. Fax to (785) 274-1642.
