- Description
- This is a design-bid-build project set-aside for HubZone. NAICS 236220, Size Standard of $31,000,000. Estimated cost of services is $5,000,000 and $10,000,000. Project: This procurement is being advertised as a Request for Proposal (RFP). The solicitation requires separate technical and cost proposals to be evaluated based Best Value for award of the project. Competitive proposals will be evaluated on the evaluation criteria set forth in the solicitation package. The scope of work is to upgrade building 2103 & 2110, which includes the conversion of living quarters from a two person room to a one person, laundry room and day room. Major work activities include upgrading HVAC system, interior utilities, bathrooms, interior painting, new vinyl tiles, drainage, automatic sliding doors at entrance to the dayrooms, fresh air intake, windows, walls, floor, ceiling, site and roof drainages, courtyard, vestibule, crawl space, attic space, staircase and hallways, etc. Additionally, work on the first floor of buildings 2103 shall be ADA-compliance and providing handicap access from the parking lot. Design Plans and Specs will be a part of the solicitation package. EVALUATION CRITERIA WILL BE PART OF THE SOLICITATION. Additional information is provided in accordance with the statement of work is included in the RFP package. Offerors must be registered with the Central Contractor Registration Database (CCR) to receive a government contract award. Offerors may register with the CCR at http://www.ccr.gov/.
