- The U.S. Census Bureau is issuing this notice as a combined synopsis/solicitation for Commerical Items in accordance with FAR part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation: proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation 51-SO-BC-8-00062 is issued as a Request for Quote. This solicitation and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through FAC 2005-26. Dated 12-JUN-2008. CLIN001 – 10 Ton Carrier Condensing Units, R22 with holding charge voltage 460 Volt, 3-Phase, 60 HZ Cycle, Condenser Fan Ball Bearing, EER open, with Crankcase Heater. 1 Year Warranty on Unit parts. 5 Year Warranty on Compressor. Quantity: 10 ea. NOTE: Warranty will start when installed. Compressor type either single Carlyle or Single Scroll Low Voltage Control Circuit shall have: 1. Circuit Breaker or Equal. 2. Low Pressure Switch. 3. High Pressure Switch. The following provisions and clauses apply to this RFQ 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors–Commerical Items. 52.212-2, Evaluation–Commerical Items. 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certification–Commerical Items. 52.212-4, Contract Terms & Conditions–Commerical Items. 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statues or Executive Order-Commerical Items. Delivery is FOB destination to the U.S. Census Bureau, 1201 East 10th. Street, Jeffersonville, IN 47132, Attn: Receiving Section Bldg. 60F. Acceptance at same location. Delivery on or before 30-SEP-2008. Awardees will have to be registered at CCR.gov and complete a U.S. Census Bureau Vendor Registration Form.
