- The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA), Grain Inspection Packers and Stockyards Administration (GIPSA), Federal Grain Inspection Service (FGIS), Technical Services Division, 10383 North Ambassador, Kansas City, MO, has a requirement for miscellaneous gases. The USDA intends to award a firm fixed price contract with economic price adjustment for one year with one additional option year. The solicitation will be issued on or about August 29, 2008. The solicitation will be posted to this website. The Government intends to provide the solicitation and all amendments via this website only. This will be best value procurement. It is anticipated that the formal solicitation, Request for Proposal (RFP) 09_172905, will be released on or about August 29, 2008 and posted on this FEDBIZOPPS website. Please download the RFP from this website. All responsible offerors may submit an offer. After release, one may download a copy of the solicitation at this site.
