- A site visit is scheduled for 8 September 2008 at 1:00PM. Contact Brian Ames at 580-481-5839 (brian.ames@altus.af.mil), or Michael Schuman at 580-481-5838 (michael.schuman@altus.af.mil), by noon on 5 September 2008 to attend. Please provide names for all attending. Solicitation Questions: All bidders are encouraged to submit questions in writing to the contracting office as early as possible. Questions submitted too close to the bid due date could result in the question not being answered prior to close of solicitation. Send all questions to Brian Ames at 580-481-5839 (brian.ames@altus.af.mil) or Michael Schuman at 580-481-5838 (michael.schuman@altus.af.mil) or Fax 580-481-5138. FUNDS ARE NOT CURRENTLY AVAILABLE FOR THIS REQUIREMENT; HOWEVER, A REQUEST FOR FUNDING IS INCLUDED IN THE FY08 END OF YEAR SPEND PLAN. AWARD IS CONTINGENT UPON FUNDS BECOMING AVAILABLE ON OR BEFORE SEPTEMBER 30, 2008. ALL QUOTES NEED TO BE VALID UNTIL SEPTEMBER 30, 2008. The Statement of Work has changed and is being revised.
