- This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This request for quotation (RFQ) is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The solicitation number is W91QF1-08-Q-0001 and is issued as a RFQ. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The incorporated document, provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-26 and Defense Acquisition Circular 20080722. The applicable NAICS code is 423430. This procurement is 100% set-aside for Small Business. The required equipment is manufactured by Radvision, Inc., 17-17 State Highway 208, Suite 300, Fair Lawn, NJ 07410-2819 and this acquisition is being pursued on a Brand Name or equal basis. In accordance with FAR 6.302-1c Application for Brand Name Descriptions. Only the requested Radvision brand name maintenance One Year Renewal support of Radvision Pathfinder Communication Suite to include 8X5 Eastern Time Radvision Call Center Support, hardware repair, software updates and upgrades, and remote diagnostics for a Qty of 4 each.
