- The Naval Air Warfare Center Weapons Division intends to negotiate and award acost plus fixed fee IDIQ task order under Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA)N68936-04-G-0001, using other than full and open competition. Currently, the BOAwill expire on 31 March 2009. Negotiations for this new task order will beconducted with Colsa, Inc., 6726 Odyssey Dr., Huntsville, Alabama in order to procure engineering technicalservices for software programming, test and integration efforts for implementingICAP III upgrade requirements to initialize and operate the MIDS terminal; process received Link-16 data for operator use, format EA-6B data for Link-16transmission, transfer control and displayfunctions to and from the EA-6Btactical Display System (TDS) and re-host Jammer Selection (JS) software fromthe Central Mission Computer (CMC) to the MIDS Host Computer (MHC) or MissionManager (MM). The government anticipates awarding a 6-month task order to be awarded duringOctober 2008.
