- This is a small business set-aside Military Sealift Fleet Support Command (MSFSC), Virginia Beach, VA intends to award a firm fixed price purchase order for the services of a qualified marine repair company for the procurement of one (1), single-point, knuckle boom, slewing davit for launching and retrieving two (2) 5350 lb cradled picket boats (Willard Model SEAFORCE 730 Inboard) with three boat personnel on board. The solicitation number is N40442-08-T-4029 and it is being issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). NAICS 333923 applies. The Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program is not applicable. This is a small business set-aside. The following information is needed with your quote: Estimated breakdown cost of materials, Travel & Per Diem (Airline ticket/Vehicle rental/Per diem rate), Labor Rates (provide a copy of published hourly/daily labor rates documentation).
