- U. S. GOVERNMENT WANTS TO LEASE SPACE IN MONTGOMERY, ALABAMA PROJECT: 8AL2068 AMOUNT:Approximately 2,565 ANSI/BOMI Office Area (previously usable) square feet to a maximum of 2,565 – 2,693 ANSI/BOMI Office Area square feet, available for use by tenant for personnel, furnishing, and equipment. LOCATION: Space must be located within the following area: First consideration will be given to space located within the Central Business District (CBD) of Montgomery, AL. However, if no Class A space is available within this area, then the delineated area described below will be considered: The area bounded by I65 on the West, North Blvd. on the North, Brown Springs Road/Winton Blount Blvd/Taylor Road on the East, and South Blvd. on the South. REQUIRED:All services, supplies, utilities, partitioning and required tenant alterations are to be provided as part of the rental consideration. Space must be ready for occupancy NO LATER THAN September 30, 2008 or sooner. TERM:Lease term will be for ten years with the Government having cancellation privileges in whole or in part on 60 days written notice after fifth year. OWNERS & AGENTS:Submission by any party other than the owner or manager of the property must be accompanied by a letter from the owner granting permission to make a general offering of the space. To submit a location for inspection, please contact the following office in writing by August 14, 2008.
