- Emerging Small Business Set-Aside: This pre-solicitation notice is for a requirement to provide all plant, labor, tools, parts, equipment, transportation and incidentals needed for concrete slab project. Inspection of the worksite to be arranged with the project coordinator, Harris Hoistad, Huron, Wetland Management District, Huron, South Dakota. The estimated value of the contract is more than $3000 and less than $25,000. The NAICS code is 238110, and the small business size standard is $13 million. Bidders will be evaluated on technical capability, past performance and price. Three references for similar work in the past 3 years will be required. The RFP will be posted on or about 8/7/2008, and will close on or about 8/22/2008. All questions regarding subject requirement shall be submitted in writing to U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service, Attention Ms. MaeMarie Alarid, at fax 303-236-4791. Please include the solicitation number: 601818R193, your company name, address and telephone number. Effective October 1, 2003, all contractors must be registered on the CCR website as an active vendor in order to be eligible for an award and to receive payments against an existing award.
